Cancellation & No Show Policy

To keep the booking process smooth, we have a few policies in place. We ask for a 50% deposit when booking to secure your spot. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or don't show up, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. For cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice, the deposit will be credited to your account for future use. You'll receive a reminder SMS 48 hours before your appointment to confirm or reschedule if needed. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

New Clients

We LOVE having new clients into the salon but to ensure your health and safety, we require every new client to undergo a colour patch test at least 48 hours before their colouring service.

The colour patch test is designed to check for any potential allergic reactions or irritations that might occur. Although we take great care to use only the best products in the industry, which are free from harmful substances, sensitivities can still happen. We want to make sure that your experience is not only beautiful but also safe and comfortable.

Your dedicated stylist will be in touch to explain the quick and easy process over the phone before your appointment. It's a simple step that helps us ensure your well-being and peace of mind.

Arriving late

We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of punctuality. Whether it’s unexpected traffic, trouble finding parking, or the babysitter arriving late, these things happen! However, we must also respect our clients' time and be mindful that lateness can have a ripple effect on other clients and our staff.

With this in mind, if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, our No-Show policy will be implemented. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that we can provide the best service to all our clients.

I wanted to take a moment to highlight how central client satisfaction is on our priority list. We understand that getting the result you want is not always a quick process and may require a gradual process, and that's why we emphasise the importance of a clear and concise consultation during all our appointments.

To ensure that we consistently deliver the results you're after, we conduct post-appointment client surveys and follow-up phone calls. This is our way of making sure you're totally satisfied with the service you received. If, for any reason, you're not entirely happy, please let us know within 10 days. This allows us the opportunity to rectify any issues and make sure everything is up to your expectations.
